PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA (Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)
In compliance with the requirements of the legislation cited above, the Teatro Centrale Carlsberg want to inform users in advance, pursuant to art. 13 D. Legislative Decree No. 196/03, that the processing of data shall follow principles of correctness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights of the same.
In particular, the processing of data provided to the Teatro Centrale Carlsberg is necessary to enable it to, directly or through third parties to meet their obligations under the contract for the sale of advertising space, or for the fulfillment of obligations in connection therewith, or as required by law and regulations.

c) certification that the operations mentioned in paragraphs. 1 and 2 of this Section 13.6 have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the protected right.;
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection and processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
To exercise your rights under art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the person must make a written request. Employees and / or employees of the Teatro Centrale Carlsberg that treat the personal data supplied by the person concerned has been formally appointed as Managers or Trustees of the Teatro Centrale Carlsberg and have received written instructions on how to do the treatments in respect of D. Lgs. 196/2003 .
